Who are Adda River?

Adda River is an independent menswear boutique specialising in Italian craftsmanship. We work directly with a small group of family-run Italian houses, including Stile Latino, MooRER, Marco Pescarolo, Fedeli, Belvest, Jacob Cohën, Santoni and Rota, alongside our own house pieces.

How do you select the brands you stock?

Each house is chosen on the basis of its craft, provenance and consistency of make. Many have been producing for generations and supply some of the most established names in Italian tailoring. We carry some of the UK's largest selections of the brands we stock including Fedeli and exclusive pieces not available elsewhere.

Do you offer personal styling or appointments?

Yes. Private appointments at the boutique can be arranged for fittings, edits or seasonal previews. To book, contact us at info@addariver.com or message us on WhatsApp on 07746 254 733.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes. We can arrange alterations for pieces purchased at the boutique, members receive complimentary alterations on all garments purchased at Adda River. To join or find out more about our membership, visit our members’ club page. Timings depend on the work required and will be confirmed at the time of fitting.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing varies between Italian houses. Each product page lists the maker's size and, where possible, a UK equivalent. If you'd like guidance on a specific piece, mail us at info@addariver.com, or message us on WhatsApp on 07746 254 733, we're happy to advise based on the cut and your usual fit.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders and typically arrives within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are sent via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Is faster UK delivery available?

Yes. DHL Express is available at checkout for UK orders that need to arrive sooner.

Will I pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the order total at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at info@addariver.com if anything is wrong. We'll evaluate the issue and put it right.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

I'm based in the EU, do different rules apply?

Yes. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period and may cancel or return an order within that window without giving a reason. Items must still be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging.
